NessFit Yoga
Offering a range of classes and workshops to support your practice while deepening your understanding of yoga. Beginner to Advanced classes, Teacher Trainings & Certification courses, specialty classes including Kids, Family, Gentle, Chair, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Sculpt, Hatha, and Prenatal / Postnatal yoga sessions.
Yoga is more than just a physical practice, It is a way of life that promotes mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner peace. The goal is to help all students cultivate these qualities through the practice of yoga.
HOME SCHOOL
Nessfit yoga provides PE classes in person and/or online/Zoom options for all homeschool students within the community for $5.00 per youth.
Each session is 45 min and bottled water is provided.
20Hr Youth Yoga Certification / Workshop
A 20Hr focus on Kids Yoga & Youth Yoga classes. Learning anatomy, poses, special needs modifications, mindfulness activities, games, and much more.
20Hr certificate upon completion
Training open to ages 14 & up
